Ingredients
- 0.125 kg honey
- 0.125 kg sugar
- 0.3 kg flour
- 4 eggs (large)
- 1/2 tbs baking soda
- 0.1 kg ground walnuts
- Filling
- 0.15 kg sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 0.25 kg ground walnuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp rum extract
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Place in fridge for 24 hrs before baking.
Split the dough into 6 pcs. Bake 6 cakes.
