Beat the chops a little, dip them in flour and fry quickly on both sides until lightly browned. Put the chops aside and fry the finely chopped onion with bacon. Sprinkle with paprika, add the beans cut up in short strips and the sliced peppers. Season with salt, place the chops on top, put a minimum of water to prevent sticking, and simmer gently.


When the beans begin to soften, put in the chopped tomatoes. Once the meat and beans are tender sprinkle with flour and pour in the sour cream. Serve immediately with potatoes or Hungarian spaetzle noodles.
