Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 

Reduce orange juice, soy sauce & brown sugar by half with spices and bird chillies. Strain and add grated orange zest and miso. Marinade pork for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours. Roast on a rack in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until the pork starts to caramelize and turn mahogany. You can increase to broil for the last 10 minutes for crispy pork. Cut pork on the bias into slices, serve over sautéed bok choy.
