In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil and butter until hot. Add the garlic, pepper flakes and anchovy. Mix to combine, then add the tomatoes. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors. Add the parsley, black olives, and drained capers. Toss the sauce with the pasta and serve with crusty bread and salad
